| Jio BlackRock Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Rajiv Chhabria and Ms. Christalin Franco have been appointed as the Chief Business Officer and Head - Digital respectively and are designated as the Key Personnel(s) of Jio BlackRock Asset Management Private Limited (“the AMC”) with effect from July 20, 2026.
