Tata Multi Asset Opportunities Fund Floats On
Tata Mutual Fund has launched a new fund named as Tata Multi Asset Opportunities Fund, an open ended scheme investing in equity, debt & exchange traded commodity derivatives. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription from 14 February to 28 February 2020.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation.

The scheme offers regular plan and direct plan for investment. Both plans offer growth option and monthly dividend option. Dividend option has sub-options of dividend payout & dividend reinvestment.

The scheme would allocate 65%-80% of assets in equity and equity related instruments with medium to high risk profile and invest 10%-25% of assets would be allocated to debt, money market instruments with low to medium risk profile and 10%-25% of assets would be allocated to Commodity ETFs, Exchange Traded Commodity Derivatives (ETCDs) & any other mode of investment in commodities as permitted by SEBI from time to time with medium to high risk profile and invest upto 10% Units issued by REITs & InvITs with medium to high risk profile.

The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter.

The minimum additional amount is Rs 1000 and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter.

The fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription (minimum target) amount of Rs 10 crore under the scheme during the NFO period.

Entry load: Not Applicable

Exit load: 1 % of the applicable NAV, if redeemed/switched out/withdrawn on or before expiry of 365 Days from the date of allotment.

Benchmark Index for the scheme is Composite Benchmark of 65% S&P BSE 200 + 15% CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index + 20% iCOMDEX Composite Index (Total Return variant of the index (TRI) will be used for performance comparison).

The fund managers of the scheme are Rahul Singh, Sailesh Jain & Murthy Nagarajan.
